Social Media Consulting

When it comes to social media campaigns, we know what we’re doing. In fact we’ve written the blog on it.

But we understand that clients have varying levels of:

• Understanding of social media

• Belief in its value to their business

• Knowledge on how to select a social media agency

While the differences between social and traditional media are vast, requiring entirely different approaches, these can be nicely integrated to offer a comprehensive communications strategy.

We help clients improve their social presence in the following ways:

1. Social engagement audit: We build a picture of your company’s social media presence, compared to competitors and others in your market. This includes an analysis of your potential social reach (e.g. audiences you want to connect with, who are already using social media).

2. Define your objectives: We work with you to develop specific and measurable social media objectives.

3. Commitment analysis: We work with you to understand how much resource you are prepared to commit to the campaign, how this will be spread across the organisation and how much will be outsourced.

4. Strategy development: We build a strategy designed to meet your objectives within the constraints provided by the resources you have allocated. This could include anything from a company blog to a Twitter index, LinkedIn group, article marketing programme, application development, Facebook group, or more.

5. Strategy implementation:

• We take care of the first steps of implementing the strategy.

• Then we train your team to continue it (including quarterly updates to keep your company at the forefront of social media engagement).

• Or we continue the implementation ourselves as consultants (on an agreed retainer).

6. Reporting: We report back weekly / monthly on output and outcomes in your online activity report – accessed through the client portal.
